Hello! I am Dani — founder of UPCOACH.

Throughout my nearly 20-year career in coaching and consulting, I have been fortunate to contribute to many leadership and talent initiatives. These experiences have consistently reinforced my belief in the transformative potential of well-designed development programs.

At the same time, I have often seen valuable opportunities missed — not because organizations lacked commitment to their people, but because they lacked the tools to confidently invest in leadership development. I created UPCOACH with an idea of making professional coaching more transparent, apprehensible and credible for data-driven organizations. That is why we designed the coaching system that:
